We are dedicated to supporting students, faculty, and staff by delivering reliable IT services, fostering collaboration, and promoting digital literacy, while ensuring a future-focused approach to technology that drives academic success and campus community engagement.

Hours of Operation & Location
- Monday – Thursday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Friday: 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.
- Saturday & Sunday: Closed
- We’re located on the 1st floor of the Yvonne Kennedy Business Technology Center (BTC), behind the double glass doors before you get on the elevator.
Please be aware that the IT Department serves a large number of faculty, staff, and students. As a result, there will be times when all staff members are out of the office to provide necessary support.
Wi-Fi Support
Instructions to connect to Bishop State Community College's Wi-Fi network:
- On the device you intend to use, navigate to your network settings and search for BSCC_GUEST.
- Once you find the network, you should be able to connect without a password.
- If you're a staff member in need of another connection on our network, please submit a ticket request to itservices@bishop.edu
Appointments
Appointments can be made by clicking the following link: calendly.com/itservices-8fm/service-appointment
To make an appointment on Calendly, follow these steps:
- Visit the Calendly Link: Open the Calendly link provided by the person you want to meet with.
- Select a Date and Time: Browse through the available dates and times. Click on your preferred slot.
- Enter Your Details: Fill in your name, email, and any other required information.
- Add a Note (Optional): You may have the option to add a note or specify the purpose of the meeting.
- Confirm the Appointment: Click the button to confirm your appointment. You might receive a confirmation email.
- Calendar Integration (Optional): If you want, you can connect your personal calendar (Google, Outlook, etc.) to avoid double bookings.
- Reschedule or Cancel (if needed): If your plans change, you can usually reschedule or cancel through the confirmation email or the Calendly page.
