To submit a ticket, send an email to itservices@bishop.edu with the following information:

  • Name
  • A#
  • Campus Email
  • School ID or Driver's License
  • Your Current Issue


PLEASE ALLOW 72 BUSINESS HOURS TO RECEIVE A RESPONSE. DEPENDING ON SYSTEM TRAFFIC, THIS TIME MAY BE EXCEEDED. TICKETS THAT GO MORE THAN 5 DAYS WITHOUT RECEIVING A RESPONSE FROM THE TICKET PLACER WILL BE DELETED.
