Check your personal email for a message from noreply@rapididentity.com. Also, check your spam folder! The subject line of the email will be “Activate your Alabama.edu Account”.
If you haven't claimed your email or can't find your claim code. Don't worry! Be sure to submit a ticket to itservices@bishop.edu with the following information:
- Name
- A#
- Campus Email
- Personal Email
There will be a verification process once your ticket is created where you will need to provide a School ID or Driver's License to confirm your identity.
