Make payments to: Main Campus, Bursar’s Office, Delchamps Student Life Center OR Online through your BORIS account. DEBIT CARD, CASH, MONEY ORDER, CASHIER’S CHECK, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted. We do NOT accept personal checks.

Students Important! – The Business Office uses your OFFICIAL email address to:

  • Outstanding balances or other amounts due
  • Important deadline dates
  • Other important information concerning your financial account

Phone Numbers and Addresses: Please update your phone number and current address with the Admissions Office, Delchamps Student Life Center, Main Campus Notifications may also be attempted by phone and U.S. postal mail service.

Refund checks are mailed to your official address on record.

Before registering for classes as a new student, you’ll want to browse our Class Schedules and choose courses that interest you. Returning students will want to meet with an Advisor to discuss your goals. To find out who your advisor is, log in to the BORIS Login and click the View My Information link.

Ready to register? You may register online after we process your application, or in person on campus. Registration typically begins several months before the start of a semester and ends on the first day of classes.

Bishop State no longer charges late fees for late registration (i.e., registration on or after the first day of class). However, we do encourage you to register as soon as possible to ensure that you get the classes you need.

Online Registration Using BORIS

*Note that ANY admitted student may register online at this time if he or she has been advised AND authorized to do so.

NOTE: All online classes will require a final exam to be taken on campus during a predetermined time. The time for the final exam will be announced within each course early in the term. Other arrangements may be made for students who are unable to visit the campus to take an exam. Additional information will be provided within each course.

ATTENTION STUDENTS: EVERY registered student will be issued their own Campus E-mail from Bishop State. This is for your personal use while you are a student here at Bishop. Online students MUST check your campus e-mail frequent.
