Loaner checkout begins at the start of each semester (on a first-come, first-served basis) after the first week has passed and must be returned by the end of that semester.
Submit a ticket to itservices@bishop.edu with the following information:
- Student Name
- Campus Email
- Student A#
- Copy of Current Course Schedule
- Subject – Student Loaner Needed for (Student_Name_A#)
Once a ticket is placed, an appointment link will be provided, and you will then choose a time you are available (There is a 10-minute grace period if you are late; if you exceed this time, you will need to make another appointment).
Students will need to bring the following items to their pick-up appointment:
- Student ID (Current)
- Photo ID
Devices will be distributed by appointment only.
Student loaners are due back after each semester for cleaning and data scrubbing. Failing to return within the agreed time will result in:
- Users who return equipment 30–45 days after the assigned return date will forfeit the privilege for future loaner equipment for a minimum of two weeks.
- Users who return equipment 45 days or more after the assigned return date will forfeit the privilege for future loaner equipment for the remainder of the semester.
- If equipment is returned 45 days or more after the assigned return date, and it’s 2 weeks before the end of the semester, the user forfeits the privilege for future loaner equipment for the next semester.
