Bishop State Community College is excited to announce its inaugural performing arts scholarship competition -- WILDCAT LIVE!
Wildcat Live is a virtual performing arts scholarship competition that begins Monday, February 1 and runs through Sunday, February 28, 2021. During this competition, the Center for Performing Arts is looking for 30 students interested in theater, dance, vocal performance, and theater production to join the inaugural class of the performing arts program.
30 scholarships valued at up to $2,000 per year are available. Students interested must meet the following eligibility criteria:
Must be a graduating high school senior, GED graduate, or a current full-time student of Bishop State Community College
Must have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher
Must participate in all Center for Performing Arts productions
Must participate with the Student Leadership Experience

The finalists will be announced in April. Those invited to the final round will have their auditions posted to social media outlets for the final round of the competition which will allow the Bishop State Community at large an opportunity to vote and participate in this great occasion.
