What is Manufacturing Maintenance Technology?

The Manufacturing Maintenance Technology program prepares students for entry-level employment as multi-skilled maintenance technicians, essential to keeping industrial and manufacturing operations running smoothly. These professionals are responsible for assembling, installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery in manufacturing and industrial environments.

The program provides foundational training across a variety of critical areas, including safety standards; machinery maintenance and troubleshooting; learning to inspect, service, and repair industrial equipment to minimize downtime; and more.

Through a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on training, students gain the diverse skills needed to succeed in today’s advanced manufacturing environments.
