  • Daycare Teacher
  • Teacher Assistant
  • Assistant Director, Child Care
  • Nanny

  • Headstart Teacher

In addition to being eligible to apply for Federal Student Aid, as an employee of a licensed or exempt from licensure child care facility, you may also be eligible to apply for the Leadership in Childcare Scholarship. This scholarship is now available year-round.

“This is an exciting time to be an early childhood educator,” says Program Coordinator Sheria Mitchell. There is widespread and enthusiastic confirmation that early childhood professionals play an integral role in establishing the foundations of wellness for young children. We here at Bishop State support this commitment to the welfare of young children and look forward to providing you with the skills and tools to be great educators!
