Request a Transcript

Official transcripts may be requested by fax, mail, or in person. Transcripts may also be requested electronically by filling out the Request Transcript eForm or by logging onto your BORIS account.

To request a transcript electronically, login through the BORIS system and request a transcript. If a transcript is requested through BORIS, a student may log back on to the system to confirm that the transcript was sent. A student may not receive an official transcript for themselves, it must be sent to the institution requesting it. If a student requests a transcript electronically to be sent to themselves, the transcript will be marked UNOFFICIAL. There is no charge for transcripts.

Note: If you attended Bishop State prior to 1985 you will most likely have records on microfiche and you will not be able to request your transcript electronically. Instead you must submit your request by fax, mail or in person. Please click on the transcript request link below to print out a copy of the transcript request form.
