Physical Therapist Assistant
Our Physical Therapist Assistant Program consists of general education and physical therapy courses designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary for program completion. Concurrent theoretical and clinical experiences enhance the relation of theory to practice. Clinical experience is provided in a variety of settings, including hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, outpatient clinics and skilled nursing facilities.
UPDATE: The deadline to submit the Verification of Volunteer Hours forms has been extended until June 1st. Volunteer work hours should be submitted with the complete application. Completed applications can be emailed to email@example.com or submitted to the PTA Program Office at Suite 123 on the Central Campus.

Important!! Physical Therapist Assistant Students may apply on-line, however, an application MUST be filled out at Baker-Gaines Central location. Each student must sign the back of the application, and give a copy of their drivers license in order to complete the application.
