Q: Is there a branding guidelines document? If so is it possible to get a copy?

Q: We see that there might be a primarily local target market, but were wondering if this could be clarified or confirmed?
A: In terms of markets and target markets…we don’t have a good answer. We think we know, but really part of what we are wanting from a new marketing agreement is some current research and analysis of this very important question.
Q: On page 3 there is a mention of customer segments, and we were wondering if these are already defined? If so what are they?
A: Customer segments…we feel that the 4 major segments are broken out on page 4 of the RFP, but again…we need updated confirmation/analysis of this:
– 2-year academic– Technical– HS Dual enrollment (is this any different than 2 year academic…?)– Adult education
Q: Can we get a tour?
A: Yes! Four tour stops are planned at each of the four major campuses — you can join us for all or part of the tour. Please let me know if you are coming (Adam Merkle 251.405.7128) so we can communicate throughout the morning in case you are lost or we get split up somehow. Locations and times below:
8:30am – Southwest Campus, Technical Programs Mostly
Meet Inside, Main Building 100
9:15am – Main Campus, Academic Programs Mostly
Meet in front of Delchamps Student Center (954-ish Adams Street)
10:00am – Central Campus, Health Sciences Programs Mostly
Park in large lot, meet near guard shack/landscaped entry-point
10:45am – Carver Campus, Welding/Culinary/Barbering and Most Adult Education Programs
Meet in the front under awning
