Students/Trainees - Connect-ALL is a free web-based service that enables you to register and establish your own portfilio account that you can keep up-to-date as you gain more knowledge, skills, and credentials which enhance your employability!
  • Establishing your portifio allows you to post your resumes, access job readiness guidance materials, see employer’s information and job posting, and report your employment status as you upgrade your current position or accept a new job; also employers can have online access to your credentials and qualifications.

The Division of Workforce Development is engaged in promoting economic and workforce development in Southwest Alabama by serving people and employers.  We are committed to delivering career and workforce development services; custom designed training initiatives, workforce evaluation, assessments, and credentials, and continuing education (lifelong learning).

The Division strives to listen to employer’s needs and present solutions to their training/workforce development needs and respond to the growing and rapidly changing needs of industry for a capable career-ready workforce.

The Division extends the resources of Bishop State beyond traditional boundaries to diverse populations, utilizing the latest innovative technologies. For additional information, contact: 251-405-7056.
