Bishop State Captures PR Awards

June 30th, 2009 – Bishop State Community College 2009 Spring/Summer Class Schedule won first place in the recent Pyramid Awards competition of the Alabama Community College System Public Relations Association (ACCSPRA). In addition, the college's 2008-2009 General Catalog captured third place (Award of Merit) in the competition.

ACCSPRA currently has members from 21 community colleges, four technical colleges, one two-year military college, one senior university and two mobile industrial development training entities. Its members are responsible for planning, purchasing, and/or recommending marketing, promotions, and printing products and ervices.
