Alabama Community College System Annual Report Released
Montgomery – The Alabama Community College System (ACCS) today released its 2009-10 annual report, Changing Lives: Alabama Community College System 2009-10 Chancellor’s Report. The report details the educational opportunities available to Alabama’s citizens through a variety of programs and services offered by the state’s two-year community college system that includes 21 community colleges, four technical colleges, a two-year military college, a senior university, as well as two workforce training initiatives.
Personal success stories highlight the vast array of programs and services available through the Alabama Community College System. “As evidenced in the stories, we know that getting an education is the single most important thing people can do to improve their lives and those of their families,” said ACCS Chancellor Freida Hill.
