This course is a study of funeral
home operations and management. Major topics of discussion will
include: site selection, financing, recruitment and training of
personnel, establishment of management policies, selection-room
planning, and merchandising. Students will be able to relate
theories of funeral home management and merchandising to practical
funeral home operations.
