After you finish your application, you must electronically sign it (using your initials and date of birth) before submitting it to our admissions office. You do not have to fax or mail in your application in order to for it to be entered into our system.

Make sure that you print out a Certification of In-State Residency and fill it out. This form must be faxed or mailed in to one our admissions offices (fax numbers and addresses below).

In order to print the Residency form, make sure that you have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer first.

REMEMBER that you can only use this service if you have NEVER APPLIED TO THE COLLEGE.
